Hollywood Boardwalk restaurants and boutiques are 1 minutes’ walk from the hotel. A 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix, fully-equipped kitchen, and iPod docking station are found in all studios and apartments at Sinclair Boutique Hotel. A balcony or patio and sofa bed are also included. Guests of Villa Sinclair can relax in the hot tub or large beachside hammocks. Positive: It is a small apartment very cozy, very clean and a couple of minutes walking to the beach! We really loved it and we will come back. They were very responsive and helpful. You have to do the check in yourself. Parking is $20 very affordable. It is called Villa Sinclair on the GPS in case you can't find it.
Negative: Everything was perfect.
Summary: Wonderful stay! We will repeat!

Positive: I liked the comfortable beds and the very classy French furniture. The hostess/owner was incredibly welcoming. Definitely be back .
Negative: The water in the bathroom sink was extremely low flow. On the other hand the water pressure in the shower was great.
